Smoked Trout Chowder
Smoked trout from the local hatchery at Limestone Springs. This was made by our own Chef David at the 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show. Cup $3, Bowl $3.50
French Onion Soup
Baked in a cast iron crock and topped with mozzarella cheese. $4

Crab Cheesecake
A mixture of crabmeat blended with cream cheese, red peppers, onions and gouda cheese. Baked and served with flat bread. $6.95

Creamy blend of spinach and artichokes. Served with flatbread. $7.95
