Beef with peas, carrots and onions mixed with thick gravy, topped with puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Paired with Uncle Fester.

Salmon with Apple Scallion Relish

Served with colcannon potatoes. Paired with Wobbly Bob.

Rhubarb Crumble

Sweet rhubarb baked with crumb topping. Paired with Double Barrel.

Chocolate Stout Cake

Paired with Round Boy Stout.
